This place did an amazing job. I’m very protective of my cat so I was scared no matter where I would have taken her. But the process was just as expected, it’s been less than 24 hours and she is back to normal and hyper as can be. Thank you all so so much idk how I would have afforded it anywhere else, this is the only place I’d go ❤️

Lord this place is a headache! I’ve never seen a place so disorganized in my life! It all started with the drop off procedure. Got there early watched about 5 workers open the gate and shut it instead of letting people park. Finally it was like a conga line and that’s how you drop your pet off to get spayed or neutered. Fine whatever. Showed back up at 3:30 no one out there directing anyone on what to do. Parked and was told by one person to just stay parked as they will move me along. Another person who worked there told us we needed to go back out on the road. So we did that. Was advised to go back in and told to park in front of the handicap spot. Did that and witnessed another worker have a meltdown like a toddler because there was an opening in the cones and I went through that way. Very unprofessional of a worker! I was doing what I was told. Didn’t realize this was a drivers test. The communication at this location is horrible! And I’m glad I got that lady on my dashcam having a power trip! I do not recommend this place.. things are stressful enough,dealing with poor communication and unstable workers is a huge red flag!
